CAD Panacea: Toggle wipeout frames

Here is a simple lisp routine you can use to toggle the visibility of wipeout frames. Tested in 2002 and 2006.

Doesn't the Express Tool TFRAMES do this for both?... I typically make a command alias TF in the ACAD.PGP file to do the toggle also.

Yep, looks like it.

Oh well, this might help someone wanting to integrate this behavior into a larger routine.
